All orders are sent through Australia Post. We do not currently ship outside of Australia. All orders are posted with tracking to give you peace of mind knowing where your parcel is at any given moment. Express Parcel Post or Standard Parcel Post are both available.

Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed. Postage can generally take 5-14 business days, all dependant on the location & shipping you have chosen.

We do our very best to make sure that purchases are wrapped and shipped securely to eliminate the risk of damage during their journey to your doorstep. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept any return for jewellery products. Local delivery is available to customers who are within the local postcodes selected in the Albury area, you can choose this option at checkout. Orders that have been placed under ‘Local Delivery’ will be delivered within the same processing time as any other order.
Alternatively if you are within the postcodes listed or outside you can choose local pickup. You will be contacted with information regarding your order and pickup.

All products are made with Australian-made high quality epoxy resin. This results in a UV resistant & non-yellowing finish. Due to the nature of resin & the process of making each piece, slight imperfections may be present. However, be assured that a lot of love & patience has gone into creating each piece.
- To clean use a soft, damp cloth. Do not submerge in water
- Avoid abrasive materials, please treat with care to ensure the longevity of your pieces
- Avoid chemicals & makeup as this can alter the finish and integrity of the resin over time
- Avoid storing in direct sunlight

MontannaRoseCreations earrings have tiny backings to hold them in place on your lobes. They may also have jump ring connections & other small resin pieces. Be mindful to keep your earrings safe & out of reach of children, as they may be a choking hazard.

- Avoid cutting directly on the resin when using serving boards etc as this may cause imperfections & scratches
-Avoid storing in direct sunlight or close proximity to a heat source
